Effective: August 24, 2026 (previously March 7, 2026)
Nimvox ("we," "us," or "our") operates the nimvox.dev website and provides Kubevox, Buildvox, and Jobvox (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our Services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the data necessary to provide our Services, we never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.
When you create an account or make a purchase, we collect your email address and, for purchases, your name. For OAuth sign-in (Google or GitHub), we receive your email address and basic profile information from the provider.
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Nimvox never receives, stores, or has access to your credit card numbers or bank account details. We receive only transaction confirmations (amount, date, status) from these processors.
| Product | Data Collected |
|---|---|
| Buildvox | Purchase email, GitHub username (for repository access delivery) |
| Kubevox | Kubernetes cluster configuration (encrypted at rest), workload metrics, scaling policies |
| Jobvox | Resume content (encrypted at rest), tracked company URLs, discovered job listings, workflow/pipeline data |
When you visit nimvox.dev, we may collect your IP address, browser type, and pages visited through Cloudflare Web Analytics. This analytics service is privacy-focused and does not use cookies or track users across sites. Analytics data is only collected with your consent (see Section 7).
We use the information we collect to:
We do not:
We use a small number of third-party services (“sub-processors”) to operate. The complete, current list — each one’s name, purpose, the data it receives and where it processes it — is maintained at nimvox.dev/sub-processors.
That page is the single authoritative list, kept separately so it stays current: a sub-processor list that lives inside a policy document tends to go stale the moment it is inconvenient to amend one. Each sub-processor has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.
Changes. By using Nimvox you provide general authorisation for us to engage the sub-processors listed on that page. We will publish any addition to it at least 30 days before the new sub-processor begins processing your data, so that you have an opportunity to object. If you object and we cannot offer a reasonable alternative, you may terminate the affected service.
AI features. Some Nimvox products use third-party AI providers to generate content you ask for — for example brand name suggestions and logo drafts in Markvox. When you use such a feature, the input you supply for it is sent to that provider so it can produce the result. We contract with these providers so that your content is not used to train their models. Providers may retain input briefly for their own abuse monitoring; the retention period, where a provider applies one, is noted on the sub-processors page. AI features are only invoked when you use them — we do not send your content to an AI provider in the background.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
| Data Type | Retention Period |
|---|---|
| User accounts | Until you request deletion |
| Jobvox job listings | 120 days |
| Jobvox discovery cache | 45 days |
| Post-cancellation account data | 30 days, then permanently deleted |
You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
| Type | Purpose | Consent Required |
|---|---|---|
| JWT session cookies | Authentication (keeps you logged in) | No (strictly necessary) |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics | Page view analytics | Yes (loaded only with your consent) |
We do not use any third-party advertising, marketing, or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies, does not track users across sites, and does not store personally identifiable information in its analytics dashboard.
On your first visit, we display a consent banner. If you accept, analytics data is collected. If you decline, no analytics beacon is loaded and no data is collected. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for nimvox.dev.
